Would I be in order in asking the Minister for Finance to indicate briefly what is covered by this No. 8 on the Order Paper?

I do not propose to take it. The Deputy will recollect that this was before the Dáil for a considerable time when the resolutions imposing duties on margarine and rosary beads were before the Dáil. It is the type of resolution which is introduced on such occasions in order to enable an operative resolution to be passed at once and to have the discussion later. This was never concluded.
This was the motion upon which we had a rather general discussion on tariffs?

Would this be an expedient time to pass this?
I understand that the Minister for Industry and Commerce wants to speak on it.
