asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether he is aware that Mrs. Anne Jacob, Allenwood, Robertstown, Co. Kildare, states that her only income is the old age pension of eight shillings, which is now being paid to her, and whether he will have inquiries made in the case with a view to the payment of the full pension of ten shillings a week.

If this claimant is prepared to show that her present means would entitle her to a pension at a higher rate than she is receiving it would be open to her to raise a question with the local pension officer.
