asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received any representations on behalf of transferred civil servants relative to the proposed Bill which the Minister indicated on the 22nd February last the Government intended to introduce in connection with the judgment of the Privy Council in the Wigg and Cochrane case; and, if so, whether he can state when he hopes to be in a position to communicate a decision.
