Mount Talbot House and adjoining lands, comprising 158 acres, were advertised for sale by the Land Commission in the issues of the "Irish Times,""Irish Independent,""Irish Statesman,""Connacht Tribune," and "Roscommon Messenger" of the 17th and 24th December, 1927, and tenders were received. These tenders are under consideration by the Commissioners.
