asked the Minister for Finance whether he will state when he intends to issue Savings Certificates to the following investors in the Dáil Eireann Internal Loan of 1919-20:— Mrs. Bowen, Holyhill, Kinsale, £15; Patrick O'Driscoll, Sallyport, Kinsale, £1; Denis Sullivan, Kealkil, £2; Timothy MacCarthy, Rearshanagh, Drinagh, Skibbereen, £2; John Coughlan, 19 Connolly Street, Clonakilty, £10; Frank Fehily, Reavilleen, Rosscarbery, £3; Jerome Hourihane, Neaskin, Dunmanway, £10; John Nyhan, Ballycottin, Ballinspittle, Kinsale, £5; Jeremiah Nugent, Derry Function, Durrus, £5; Mrs. Crowley, Ardcahane, Dunmanway, £1; Cornelius Kelly, Gloun, Dunmanway, £2; Wm. Kelly, Shounlara, Dunmanway, £1; Timothy Hourihan, Neaskin, Dunmanway, £1; and Ml. Hourihan, Neaskin, Dunmanway, £2.

Authority to issue Savings Certificates under Section 5 of the Dáil Eireann Loans and Funds Act, 1924, to Messrs. Patrick O'Driscoll, Sallyport; John Coughlan, 19 Connolly Street, Clonakilty; Frank Fehilly, Reavilleen; Jerome Hourihane, Neaskin; Con Kelly, Gloun; and Michael S. Hourihane, Neaskin, will be given to the Department of Posts and Telegraphs at an early date.

Communications asking for fuller particulars of their subscriptions have been addressed to Messrs. Denis Sullivan, Kealkill; Timothy McCarthy, Rearshanagh; Jeremiah Nugent, Derryfunction; William Kelly, Shounlara; Timothy Hourihane, Neaskin, and Mrs. Crowley, Ardcahane.

There is no record in my Department of subscriptions by Mrs. Bowen, Holyhill, or John Nyhan, Ballycottin. Further particulars have been asked for in these cases, and any documentary evidence forthcoming in support of the applications will be duly considered.
