PRIVATE BUSINESS. - DUBLIN PORT AND DOCKS (BRIDGE) BILL, 1927. MESSAGE FROM THE SEANAD.

The Order of the Day was read for the consideration of the following Message from the Seanad:—
Tá Seanad Eireann tar éis an Rún so leanas do rith agus is mian leo aontú Dáil Eireann leis—
Seanad Eireann has passed the following Resolution in which the concurrence of Dáil Eireann is desired—
"That the promoters of the Dublin Port and Docks (Bridge) Bill, 1927, be permitted to insert in the Bill additional provisions for the construction of a transporter bridge and for other purposes, as set out in the sections and amendments annexed to their petition, if the Joint Committee on the Bill think fit."
Orduithe: Go n-aontuighidh an Dáil leis an Seanad ina Rún a cuireadh in úil don Dáil an 13adh lá de Mheitheamh, 1928. Go gceaduítear do Bhunathóirí Bille Port agus Duganna Bhaile Atha Cliath (Droichead), 1927, forálacha breise do chur sa Bhille chun droichead iomparach do dhéanamh agus chun crícheanna eile, mar atá leagtha amach sna hailt agus sna leasuithe atá ceangailte dá nAchuinge, más oiriúnach leis an gCó-Choiste ar an mBille é.

Ordered: That the Dáil concur with the Seanad in their Resolution communicated to the Dáil the 13th day of June, 1928. That the promoters of the Dublin Port and Docks (Bridge) Bill, 1927, be permitted to insert in the Bill additional provisions for the construction of a transporter bridge and for other purposes, as set out in the sections and amendments annexed to their petition, if the Joint Committee on the Bill think fit.
