asked the Minister for Finance whether he will state why the subscriptions of the following persons to the Dáil Eireann Loan have not been refunded:—John Corbett, Derrybrick, Kilmihill, Co. Clare, £2; John Brown, Crossmore, Kilmihill, £3; Martin Downes, Crossmore, Kilmihill, £2; Michael Nolan, Benvoran, Kilmihill, £1; Pat Lorigan, Benvoran, Kilmihill, £1; Pat Goulding, Benvoran, Kilmihill, £1; Simon Hannan, Benvoran Kilmihill, £1; Pat Johnson, Crossmore, Kilmihill, £1; Michael Quinn, Benvoran, Kilmihill, £1; Michael Devitt, Ballagh, Ennistymon, £1; Thomas Devitt, Ballagh, Ennistymon, £3; Miss D. Some of the persons named in the Deputy's question do not appear to have applied to my Department for repayment, and it is necessary for them to do so before any action can be taken. Those cases in which written application has been made for repayment are being dealt with in the ordinary course.
