asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware that Mrs. Mary Stephens, Mayo Abbey, Claremorris, and Mr. Martin Prendergast, Church Street, Claremorris, subscribed £5 each to the Dáil Loan, 1919-1920; that they have made several applications for Savings Certificates and have not yet received same, and if he will state the cause of delay by his Department in issuing Savings Certificates to them.

Savings Certificates to enable Mrs. Stephens and Mr. Prendergast to obtain repayment in respect of their subscriptions were issued to them on the 28th January last.
