Vol. 29 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Division of Grass Farm.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries when the grass farm of 120 acres, taken over ten years ago by fourteen tenants of the Ruthven Estate, Portumna, will be divided.

The lands referred to appear to be tenanted land, comprising a holding of 205a. 1r. 10p., situate in the townland of Killadullis, held by Michael Malone as trustee for himself and others, under a yearly rent of £120 10s., on the Estate of R.J. Otway Ruthven, County Galway.

The estate is now being dealt with under the Land Act, 1923, and the matter will be considered in connection with the sale of the estate.
