asked the Minister for Finance whether he will state if repeated applications for repayment of Dáil Loan (1920) subscriptions have been made by Patrick MacMahon, Lisnatillister, Carrickmacross; Patrick McElmeel, Drumlister, Carrickroe, Emyvale; and Patrick Kelly, Cremartin, Annyalla P.O., Castleblayney; whether the names of these subscribers appear on the Register, and, if so, what is the cause of the delay in issuing Savings Certificates.
Written Answer. - Repayment of Dáil Loan Subscriptions.
I would refer the Deputy to previous replies to similar questions and to the statement I made in the Dáil on the 22nd June last. The claim of any subscriber who has applied in writing for repayment of his subscription will be dealt with in my Department in due course.
