Representations were made to me in April, 1928, as to the installation of baths in these houses, which have been purchased by the tenants. The matter was referred to the City Commissioners, who received a deputation from the tenant purchasers. The Commissioners indicated the conditions upon which such baths might be provided. It is understood that agreement in the matter between the City Commissioners and the tenants has not been reached.
