I ask that this Bill be postponed for three months, inasmuch as the report of the Committee has not yet been received, and probably will not be received for some weeks. It will then, probably, have to be discussed by the House, and I do not see that there would be time this year to take up the discussion of the Second Reading. I suggest that it be postponed for three months.
