The lands to which the Deputy appears to refer are those purchased by Timothy Giblin under the Land Purchase Acts and subject to a Land Purchase annuity, comprising 121a. 3r. 10p., of the townland of Muff, and 10a. Or. 20p. of the lands of Creemully and Aghagad. The Land Commission have not taken any proceedings for the acquisition of these lands under the Land Act, 1923.
