It is not possible, by way of question and answer, to state effectively the policy of the Government on a matter which obviously involves the consideration of particular cases in the light of their particular circumstances.
In order to give the Minister a more favourable opportunity of dealing with this matter, I propose to raise this question on the adjournment at the first favourable opportunity.
There will be a very favourable opportunity for the discussion of this matter on the Estimate.
