Pursuant to an Agreement between the British and Saorstát Governments the Annuities under the Acts of 1881-88 are not payable to British Funds as collected after the 31st March, 1926, but the liability for the advances under these Acts is being extinguished, together with other Local Loans Fund liabilities, by payment of an annuity of £600,000 per annum for 20 years in accordance with paragraph 5 of the Ultimate Financial Settlement.
