The Land Commission have received a communication from the Deputy, enclosing a letter from Mr. Edward McGinley calling attention to the flooding of holdings on the Leitrim estate due to obstructions in the River Umlagh, and the Inspector in Donegal will investigate the matter and furnish a report thereon.
