I beg for leave to introduce a
Bill entitled an Act to make certain minor amendments in Section 3 of the Licensing (Ireland) Act, 1902, and in Sections 2, 3, 11, 13, 14 and 15 of the Intoxicating Liquor Act, 1927, and in the law relating to the registration of clubs and to make provision for the transfer of on-licences attached to certain premises to other premises, and for the grant in certain cases of new off-licences in lieu of on-licences.
