As the Deputy has already been informed the Land Commission have had the circumstances of the lands of Rathcore investigated and, having regard to the representations made by the owner as to the charges to which these lands are liable and the price which could be offered for them, it has been decided to postpone for the present the proceedings for acquisition. The matter has been noted for reconsideration at a later date.
Representations on behalf of occupiers of local uneconomic holdings to have these lands acquired have been received and noted by the Land Commission.
