asked the Minister for Finance if he will state the number of proposed drainage schemes that have been inspected in County Leitrim under the 1924 and 1925 Drainage Acts by the Commissioners of Public Works engineers, the location of each proposed scheme, the estimated cost of each; the amount of Government grant available for each; the estimated grant from the County Council required for each scheme, and what portion, if any, of the estimated cost the lands improved in each scheme would be required to bear, and the number of schemes so inspected that have been marked rejected by the Commissioners or their engineers, and the reasons in each case.
