I move that the Dáil agree with the Seanad in the following amendment:—
"In page 2, paragraph (c) of sub-section (1) of Section 2 deleted."
Certain fears were expressed in the Seanad at the carte blanche this sub-section would give to the Minister. The buildings referred to in the sub-section are scattered all over the coast. They are not of great intrinsic value and, in fact, I understand it is very unlikely that the Sea Fisheries Association will acquire many of them. Any that are required can be let to them in the ordinary way and not vested as provided in the sub-section.
