asked the Minister for Defence if he will state the total amount expended on the purchase of planes for the Air Force each year since 1922; the amount expended on the purchase of spare parts each year since 1922; the number of machines of all types at the service of the Army on March 1st, 1931, and the number of effective fighting planes in commission on the same date.
