Vol. 40 No. 4

Circulation of Bills.

Could the President say when Bills Nos. 11, 12, 13 and 14 on the Order Paper will be circulated?

I shall endeavour to answer that question on Friday.

Does the President say that the Shannon Fisheries Bill will be circulated on Friday?

I said I would endeavour to answer the question on Friday.

The Minister for Justice promised to have the Courts of Justice Bill ready for circulation to-day, and I should like to know if he would name the day upon which he proposes to circulate it?

I propose to take the Second Reading to-morrow and the Deputy will have the Bill in time.

It is very sudden to send us a Bill to-morrow morning and ask us to take the Second Reading on the same day.

It is a very simple Bill. If the Deputy to-morrow thinks he has not had sufficient time to consider it, we shall postpone it for his convenience.

If it is a very simple Bill, why did it take so long to draft and circulate?

It is simple for Deputy Little; it may be complicated for Deputy Aiken.
