I ask permission to raise a question with regard to the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill, 1931, which received a First Reading at the instance of the Minister for Local Government and Public Health on Wednesday. Representations have been made to me by some of my colleagues that they will not have an opportunity of discussing the Bill before Wednesday next. The Bill was circulated to-day. I would ask that the Second Reading should be postponed until Wednesday, November 18th.
