asked the Minister for Finance if, in view of the provisions of Sections 14, 15 and 21 of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1927, he will state whether he has given any indication to the Electricity Supply Board of the periods intended to be fixed by him for repayment in respect of advances made from the Central Fund to the Shannon Power Development Fund and to the Electricity Supply Board respectively; and, if so, to state the respective periods of years thus indicated.

It was indicated to the Electricity Supply Board that the periods which I would propose for the repayment of advances from the Central Fund would be:—For Shannon works 40 years, board's works 20 years, working capital, etc., 20 years, not commencing before 1st April, 1933.
