Illegitimate Children (Affiliation Orders) Act, 1930—Approval of Rules.
Question proposed: "That the Dáil hereby approves of the Illegitimate Children (Affiliation Orders) Act, 1930, Rules, 1931, made by the Minister for Justice on the 22nd day of December, 1931, under Section 91 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1924 (No. 10 of 1924), a copy of which was laid on the Table of the Dáil on the 27th day of April, 1932, and resolves that it is expedient that such Rules shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1932."— (Minister for Justice).
