A doubt has arisen with regard to the Title of this Bill as introduced by me some weeks ago and lawyers in my Department and in the drafting department have been in communication. They hold different views and they are standing by their different views. In order to get over the doubt, a new Title has to be brought in and moved in connection with this Bill. I ask, therefore, that the order with regard to the Second Stage of the Housing (Financial and Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill, 1932, be discharged, that the Bill be withdrawn and that I be at liberty now to re-introduce the Bill.
