The Deputy's question appears to refer to a holding containing 4a. 2r. 38p. in the townland of Ladyrath on the estate of Sir H. de Bathe, County Meath. A communication has been received from Owen Flanagan requesting the Land Commission to grant him assistance to repair his dwelling-house. The matter has been noted for investigation before the revesting of the holding in the tenant.
