I move:—
That for carrying out the provisions of any Act of the present Session to amend and extend the Trade Loans (Guarantee) Acts, 1924 to 1932, authority be granted for (a) the charge upon the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof of such sums as from time to time may be required for fulfilling any guarantee or for granting any loan authorised under the Trade Loans (Guarantee) Acts, 1924 to 1932, and such Act of the present Session, and (b) the charge upon the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof of the principal and interest of any security issued for the purpose of borrowing under the Trade Loans (Guarantee) Acts, 1924 to 1932, and such Act of the present Session.
