Additional Financial Resolutions—Customs. - No. 2—Customs.

(1) That in lieu of the customs duty imposed by Section 11 of the Finance Act, 1927 (No. 18 of 1927), and the customs duty imposed by the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 20 of 1932), and mentioned at Reference Number 4 in the Second Schedule to that Act, there shall be charged, levied and paid on all matches imported into Saorstát Eireann on or after the 24th day of May, 1933, a customs duty at the following rates, that is to say—

(2) It is hereby declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution shall have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1927 (No. 7 of 1927).
