I am informed by the Board of Works, who are responsible for the provision of barrack accommodation for the Gárda Síochána, that the question of the purchase of a site for the erection of a new station at Wexford is under consideration. The possibility of securing a temporary tenancy of alternative premises is also being investigated. I have asked the Board of Works to treat the case as one of urgency.
