I move:—
Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go n-íocfaí amach as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas costaisí ar bith fé n-a raghfar fé Acht ar bith a rithfear sa tSiosón so chun socruithe bhreise agus fheabhsa do dhéanamh chun iomportáil, easportáil, déanamh, díol agus úsáid chodlaidín, mhuirfín, chócáine, agus dhruganna dainséaracha eile do rialáil agus do stiúradh, agus chun crícheanna bhaineas leis na nithe roimhráite.
That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred under any Act of the present Session to make further and better provision for regulating and controlling the importation, exportation, manufacture, sale and use of opium, morphine, cocaine, and other dangerous drugs, and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid.
