Notice of the motion has only been circulated a few days ago, and the rules under the scheme have only been circulated subsequent to the circulation of the motion. Is it possible to agree to postphone the item until next week?
It appears that in view of the Estimates the matter is a very urgent one.
Is it not possible to postpone it until Tuesday of next week? It is a pretty complicated matter, and some people would like to study the subject.
I understand the matter is a really pressing one.
