I move: "That the Dáil agree with the Committee on Financial Resolution No. 13." This is the General Resolution which gives the Revenue Commissioners power to determine the rates of drawback which will be payable in respect of the various qualities of tobacco received by tobacco manufacturers. Owing to the encouragement given to the cultivation of home-grown tobacco, these tobaccos, with others, will be taken by the tobacco manufacturer and the drawbacks will have to be determined by the Revenue Commissioners after examination and consideration of the various classes of tobacco which manufacturers are registered as having received from bond.
