asked the Minister for Justice if he will state whether the persons who maliciously obstructed a main road in the neighbourhood of Enniscorthy with felled trees on the night of the 28th-29th April and cut the telephone wires between Enniscorthy and Ferns, have yet been identified and charged with the offence; and, if so, if he will state how many persons have been so charged.
