Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a údarú go n-íocfaí amach as airgead a sholáthróidh an tOireachtas costaisí ar bith fé n-a raghaidh an tAire Talmhaíochta do réir forálacha Achta ar bith a rithfear sa tSiosón so chun comhacht do thabhairt chun gach ceann no aon cheann d'fhorálacha na nAchtanna um Ghalair Ainmhithe (Eirinn), 1894 go 1932, do chur i mbaint le héanlaithe clóis, agus le huibhe éanlaithe clois, agus chun socruithe do dhéanamh i gcóir nithe eile bhaineas leis na nithe roimhráite.
That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred by the Minister for Agriculture pursuant to the provisions of any Act of the present Session to enable all or any of the provisions of the Diseases of Animals (Ireland) Acts, 1894 to 1932, to be extended to poultry and to poultry eggs, and to make provision for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
