In this case it is proposed to ask the Dáil to agree to the amendments which were inserted in the Seanad. The first is only a drafting amendment, and the second one extends the scope of the Bill to recreation rooms under the control of the Minister for Defence or of the Commissioner of the Gárda Síochána.
