No licences have been issued for the free importation of cotton sheeting for resale to retailers. If the Deputy will furnish me with the names of any firms who, to his knowledge, have re-sold to retailers cotton sheeting imported free of duty under licence, I will investigate the matter and consider what steps should be taken.
