asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether he has appointed the Milling Advisory Committee for which provision is made in Section 10 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933; and, if so, whether he will state the names of the persons appointed under sub-section (2) and (3) respectively, to serve on the Advisory Committee; the number of meetings held by the Committee, and whether it is intended to publish the reports of the proceedings of the Committee.

The Milling Advisory Committee provided for in Section 10 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933, was set up on the 27th June, 1933. The persons appointed under sub-section (2) are:—Major T. D. Hallinan, Messrs. D. J. O'Donohoe, W. Kenneth Brown, Hugh Kennedy, Algernon A. Odlum, J. W. Kavanagh. Senator T. Kennedy is the person appointed under sub-section (3). There have been 19 meetings of the Committee, but it is not my intention to publish the reports of the proceedings of the Committee.
