I move: "That the Dáil agree with the Committee in Financial Resolution No. 8." This Resolution is designed to effect an amendment of the law consequential upon the Irish Nationality and Citizenship Act and the Aliens Act. It makes, virtually no change in the effect of the existing provisions but it introduces the words "citizen of Saorstát Eireann" for the words "British subject" in certain instances. It continues all the other concessions at present enjoyed by various people.
