Information in regard to this case, which has come into the hands of my Department and which was not before the Circuit Judge at the hearing of the claim, has necessitated correspondence with the State Solicitor. That correspondence is still proceeding, but the Deputy may be assured there will be no avoidable delay in bringing the matter to a conclusion.
