I expect the Land Commission is aware that acute congestion exists there and is it the policy of the Land Commission, where such acute congestion exists, to give plots of land to a doctor, two school teachers and a labourer?

The plots referred to are accommodation plots for building purposes.

They were given to a doctor and two school masters amongst others.
