An application for a qualification certificate was received in my Department from Mr. John Noone, senior, of Pound Street, Ramelton, County Donegal. The application has been refused on the ground that the applicant failed to prove fulfilment of the statutory condition that he had not attained the age of 70 years. The applicant has not appealed against the determination.
