No loans were made by me under the provisions of the Trade Loans (Guarantee) Acts, 1924-1933. Loans guaranteed under the provisions of the Trade Loans (Guarantee) Acts, 1924-34 during the financial years 1933-34, 1934-35 and 1935-36 amounted to £62,500, £304,050 and £147,000 respectively. The loans guaranteed during the financial year 1932-33 under the provisions of the Trade Loans (Guarantee) Acts, 1924-1932 amounted to £14,500.
