I have received a resolution from the County Kildare Board of Health on this subject. The existing limit of valuation enables occupiers of agricultural holdings not exceeding £25 to obtain the special grants available for the erection of new houses under the Housing (Financial and Miscellaneous Provisions) Acts. I do not propose to increase this limit.
