The question appears to refer to the estate of the Committee of Lawrence Dunne, a person of unsound mind. An area of 115 acres of the lands of Tromman on this estate was divided by the Land Commission in May, 1936. There are no proceedings pending for the acquisition of the lands of Calfield on this estate, to which the Deputy appears to refer.

The Land Commission have had an inspection made of the lands of Cadamstown on the More O'Ferrall estate and have decided to institute proceedings for the acquisition thereof in accordance with the provisions of the Land Acts, 1923-36.
