Regulations have been made under Section 21 of the Superannuation Act, 1936, providing for the reckoning, under certain conditions, of former service as national teacher rendered by inspectors and organisers of the Department of Education, for the purposes of pension under the Superannuation Acts. The question of framing regulations under the section to provide for cases where teaching service was rendered in a capacity other than national teacher is at present being examined.
