asked the Minister for Lands if he will state when the Joyce estate, Glencullen, Record No. S.1120; the O'Connell-Fitzsimon estate, Glencullen; the Shiels estate, Kingston, Glencullen; and the Mooney estate, Kilternan, will be taken over by the Land Commission for division amongst the uneconomic holders and landless men in the area.

(1) The Land Commission have had under consideration the question of the acquisition of the Joyce estate, Glencullen, and have decided to take no action in the matter. (2) The Land Commission have had an inspection made of the lands of Glencullen on the estate of D. O'Connell-Fitzsimon, Record No. S.8889, and have decided to institute proceedings for the acquisition of portion of the lands. (3) The Land Commission have instituted proceedings for the acquisition of portion of the lands of Kingston on the estate of S.K. Shiel, Record No. S. 8640. The owner has objected to the acquisition of the lands, and her objection is pending for hearing before the Land Commission. (4) The Land Commission have instituted proceedings for the acquisition of the lands of Kilternan on the estate of representatives Margaret Mooney, deceased, Record No. S. 8873, but at the present stage of the proceedings they are not in a position to state when the lands, if acquired, will be divided.
