Written Answers. - Division of Kildare Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission has yet acquired the More-O'Ferrall estate at Cadamstown, Moyvalley, County Kildare, and, if so, when the lands will be divided.

The proceedings by the Land Commission for the acquisition of the untenanted lands on the MoreO'Ferrall estate have not yet been brought to a conclusion.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission propose to acquire the lands of Mr. F. Plewman, at Glashealy, Ballitore, County Kildare, and, if so, when the lands are likely to be acquired and divided.

There is nothing to add at present to the reply given to the Deputy's previous question of the 31st March, 1937, relative to this estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission proposes to acquire the estate of Mr. J. Deegan, at Lipstown Lower, Narraghmore, County Kildare, and, if so, whether he will state when the lands will be acquired and divided.

There is nothing to add at present to the reply given to the Deputy's previous question of the 10th November, 1937, relative to this estate.

asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission propose to acquire the lands of Mr. P.P. Morrin, Narraghmore, County Kildare, and, if so, when the lands are likely to be acquired and divided.
