asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that Hubert Kelly, Carrowdangan, Balla, and 46 tenants on the Reverend Denis O'Hara (Ormsby) Estate have not received the reduction of half their annuities as provided by statute, and if he will state what steps, if any, are being taken by the Land Commission to have the annuities of those tenants adjusted.
