The statistics required for the years 1931 and 1936 will be found on pages 46 and 47 of the Census of Industrial Production Report 1936 (P. No. 3143), those for the years 1932 to 1935 inclusive on pages 26 and 27 of the Census of Industrial Production Report 1932-1935 (P. No. 2604) and those for 1937 on page 167 of the "Irish Trade Journal and Statistical Bulletin," September, 1938. The figures for 1938 are not yet available but the quantity is estimated at 6,600,000 cwt.
